Location: Prague (on-site) Salary: 6000€ - 8000€ We are hiring a Marketing Director for a leading very established adult cams and video chat platform. This role is responsible for taking the entire marketing function to the next level, owning growth across three core pillars: • Traffic acquisition (mainly Affiliation + parts of Media-buying) • Model marketing (Acquisition, Contests, Loyality etc.) • End-user growth Responsibilities: • Build, manage, and structure the marketing of the entire project • Build and execute high-level growth strategies across multiple acquisition channels • Lead the different marketing teams • Develop acquisition channels within the adult ecosystem • Align marketing with product, revenue, and business objectives • Drive data-led decision making and performance tracking

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Person to manage day-to-day platform activities, ensures client and creator experience, and takes care on smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the adult industry and understands the US market, audience behavior, and platform dynamics. This is not a role for Affiliate- or Creator Manager   Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations on the platform Provide ongoing support and issue resolution with creators and clients Monitor account performance and platform activity Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry regulations Handle escalations, disputes, and sensitive cases professionally Collaborate with marketing, content, and support teams Optimize workflows and operational processes
