Job Description

Our client are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and business-driven Network Manager to lead and scale their iGaming affiliate network.

This is a leadership role suited for someone who can manage a growing department, lead Affiliate Managers, build efficient processes, drive performance, and take full ownership of network growth.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in iGaming/casino affiliate marketing and is ready to move beyond execution into team leadership, strategy, and overall business impact.

Requirements

● 3+ years of experience in iGaming / casino affiliate marketing

● Proven experience managing affiliates and/or affiliate teams

● Strong understanding of affiliate deal models, traffic quality, and performance KPIs

● Experience building processes, managing priorities, and leading people

● Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

● Analytical and business-oriented mindset

● Ability to work independently and take full ownership

● Hungry, ambitious, and motivated to grow with the company

Key Responsibilities:

Department Leadership Lead and manage the affiliate/network department, including Affiliate Managers, while building processes, setting KPIs, and driving team performance.

Network Growth Build and execute the strategy for scaling the affiliate network, recruit and expand partnerships, and grow activity across global markets.

Performance Management Monitor and analyze performance across the team and network (FTDs, CR, CPA, ROI), identify gaps, and lead optimization efforts.

Business & Strategy Take ownership of business results, develop scalable structures, and improve alignment between affiliates, advertisers, and internal teams.
