Essential Functions/Responsibilities Work with agency partner to conduct regular site audits and develop plan for optimization and standardization across brands Manage all online marketing and advertising including SEM, SEO, and Organic and Paid Social Media. Work with marketing team members and agency partners to help drive efficient acquisition of new customers Review social media presence and content strategy and work closely with agency partners to develop content appropriate for each stage of the buyer’s journey In close collaboration with the sales team and agency partners, guide and manage individual social media outreach to adhere to best practices regarding content and cadence Update social media guidelines regularly, and provide training as needed Develop a familiarity with the industry and regularly share aspirational digital content from competitors and those outside the industry Review KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization and site improvements.
