Affiliate Manager (On-site: Cyprus | Adult) J491

Fast-growing performance marketing company operating within the adult affiliate ecosystem, working
closely with affiliates, advertisers, and partners to drive campaign growth and long-term partnerships.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys relationship management, affiliate growth, campaign
performance analysis, and building strong partner portfolios. You will work directly with affiliate partners to maximize results, identify opportunities, and support business growth within the adult vertical.

What You'll Do
• Partner with affiliates and clients to maximize campaign performance and account growth
• Provide partners with tools, insights, and recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Analyse campaign performance daily and track KPIs
• Build and grow a portfolio of affiliate accounts and partnerships
• Develop new business relationships and expand network opportunities
• Maintain strong communication with partners and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Support onboarding and long-term relationship management
• Contribute to growth initiatives and partnership expansion

• Experience managing affiliate accounts in affiliate marketing, agency, or digital environments
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to review reports and draw strategic conclusions
• Persuasive and relationship-driven personality
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to build strong relationships remotely and onsite
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• English fluency required
• Existing affiliate network is a strong advantage

Location & Employment
• Full-time employment
• Onsite role – Limassol, Cyprus office
• Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week
• Initial office presence required during onboarding period

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: €2,500 – €3,700/month
• Commission plan
