We are looking for an experienced Head of Acquisition to lead and scale a full-funnel acquisition function across multiple international markets. This role requires a highly analytical and hands-on leader with deep performance marketing expertise and a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will own acquisition strategy, budget allocation, team leadership, and channel performance while driving expansion into new markets. This individual should be comfortable operating independently, identifying opportunities, solving problems proactively, and making data-driven decisions.
Acquisition Ownership Own and manage acquisition across multiple paid channels:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads • Email Marketing
• Push Notifications
• Paid Social
• Additional acquisition channels
Responsibilities include:
• Campaign setup and optimization
• Budget allocation and ROI management
• Audience segmentation and targeting
• Creative testing and performance analysis
• Funnel optimization
• Channel scaling and expansion
Performance & Commercial Strategy
• Build and own acquisition dashboards and reporting structures
• Define KPIs and performance benchmarks
• Create ROI models before budget allocation
• Analyze acquisition funnels and identify bottlenecks
• Monitor and improve key metrics including: - CPC - CAC - ROAS - Click-to-Reg - Reg-to-FTD - Conversion rates
• Present commercial recommendations based on performance data
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop acquisition team members

• Conduct regular channel reviews

Requirements Must Have:
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Direct ownership of paid media budgets
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Experience with Email and Push marketing channels
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking
• Experience managing acquisition budgets and ROI
• Ability to independently launch and optimize campaigns
• Team leadership experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to identify and solve performance issues Strongly Preferred
• Experience within iGaming or affiliate marketing
• Understanding of FTD, CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid models
