AI Specialist - SEO Project | on-site: Cyprus J507

We are looking for our future talent in Cyprus to help drive our web strategies and maximize overall
ROI across a large portfolio of high-traffic websites.
Reporting directly to senior web leadership, you will hold a highly cross-functional role. You won't
just be executing tasks. You will be a true process simplifier and growth accelerator, helping
manage current SEO activities and the website network while bringing a global, technical, and
highly innovative vision driven by Artificial Intelligence.
We're quite flexible on the profile and are open to adapting the role for the right candidate rather
than sticking to a rigid mold.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is 100% autonomous. We want someone who
can almost self-generate high-value projects based on their expertise and understanding of our
operations, taking ownership from idea through execution.
The role will focus heavily on deploying and managing a large volume of websites, website creation
and management, web development, SEO, and AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web & SEO Growth Acceleration: Develop the main and secondary website network and assist in
managing SEO activities and webmasters.
• Massive AI Integration: Deploy AI across workflows including content creation, internal linking,
automation, and data analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Media Buying, Web Development, Design, Marketing, and
Product.
• Maintain a strong ROI culture by simplifying and optimizing processes.
• Proactively propose innovative ideas and growth opportunities.
• Deploy and manage a large volume of websites and contribute to web development initiatives.

• Growth & ROI mindset.
• Strong technical SEO, content, and link-building expertise.
• Advanced AI, LLM, prompting, and automation experience.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and web technologies.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, and
automation tools.
• Experience or affinity for affiliate marketing.
• Experience managing large-scale website networks.

Salary: €4,500 - €5,800/month + Quarterly Performance Bonus

Candidates should provide concrete examples of relevant projects they have worked on.
Demonstrating ownership, technical approach, and business impact will be a key part of the
evaluation process.
