Job Description

This is not a traditional marketing job. And it is not a traditional sales job.

On the marketing side, you will learn how to drive the strategy behind how our events shows up in the world: social media, newsletters, content calendar, and coordinating with our designer to make sure everything looks and feels right.

On the sales side, you will attend events and actively sell: sponsorship packages to companies in the affiliate and performance marketing space, and VIP and Elite tickets to high-value attendees. You will build relationships on-site, follow up after the event, and close.

If you are someone who gets energy from being in a room full of people making deals, and also enjoys the craft of building an audience and a content engine — this is your role.

What you will actually do

Marketing - project management mostly

  • Own the social media calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Twitter/X — planning, briefing, and scheduling content in coordination with the designer
  • Coordinate the weekly newsletter to our community
  • Build and manage the annual content strategy across all three events — pre-event hype, live coverage, post-event content, and year-round community content
  • Brief the designer clearly: you do not need to design, but you need to know what you want and articulate it well

Sales

  • Sell sponsorship packages to companies in the affiliate, iGaming, dating, nutra, and performance marketing verticals
  • Sell VIP and Elite tickets to high-value attendees — individual outreach, not mass email blasts
  • Manage your own pipeline: leads, follow-ups, proposals, closes
  • Execute the follow-up sequence after each event — every conversation on-site becomes a lead in the CRM
