This role is responsible for taking the entire marketing function to the next level, owning growth across three core pillars: • Traffic acquisition (mainly Affiliation + parts of Media-buying) • Model marketing (Acquisition, Contests, Loyality etc.) • End-user growth Responsibilities: • Build, manage, and structure the marketing of the entire project • Build and execute high-level growth strategies across multiple acquisition channels • Lead the different marketing teams • Develop acquisition channels within the adult ecosystem • Align marketing with product, revenue, and business objectives • Drive data-led decision making and performance tracking
