We are looking for a creative, reliable, and hands-on Junior Marketing Manager to support marketing activities across Affpal and Affjobs. This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys creating content, working with visual tools, and helping ideas turn into polished marketing materials. You will support a range of formats, from short-form videos and social media content to newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and print materials.

What You’ll Do

·         Carry out basic video editing for short-form content and other marketing videos.

·         Create simple, attractive social media designs for Reels, Stories, and posts.

·         Prepare basic email and newsletter designs.

·         Write and edit straightforward marketing copy, including social captions, newsletters, and blog posts.

·         Finalize and polish presentations, ensuring the layout, visuals, and formatting are consistent.

·         Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, and other branded collateral.

·         At least 1 year of experience in online marketing, ideally with some exposure to affiliate marketing or recruitment.

·         At least 6 months of experience in a marketing role.

·         Basic knowledge of video editing and design tools such as CapCut and Canva.

·         Fluent written and spoken English.

·         Availability and reachability during European working hours for coordination and communication (you dont have to work fully on these hours, its enough to be reachable to coordinate all together) 

·         A good visual eye and an understanding of design styles that work for audiences across Europe, CIS/Ukraine, and the US/Canada.

·         A practical, organized, and dependable approach, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Prefered: EU or CIS/UA based

·         Part-time engagement with flexible hours and no fixed daily schedule; tasks are assigned based on current workload and priorities. Only 1 mandatory call per week
