The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, particularly within CPA/affiliate models , and a strong technical understanding of tracking, optimization, and campaign execution on Facebook.

Manage and optimize paid media APP and WEB campaigns across programmatic, DSPs, ad networks, and direct buys. Execute user acquisition strategies across platforms such as DV360, Liftoff, Applovin, Kayzen, Appnext, Mintegral, Xiaomi, and Propeller. Continuously track and optimize key performance metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Stay updated on industry trends, ad technology, fraud detection, and attribution models to enhance efficiency. Execute multi-channel media buying across in-app, web, programmatic, and alternative traffic sources. Manage high-budget campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Collaborate closely with designers, analysts, and developers to improve campaign performance.

■ Role Objective: The Media Buyer will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Facebook Ads campaigns dedicated to lead generation in the US market, ensuring a positive return on investment and high-quality leads. ■ Working Hours & Availability: - Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5/6:00 PM (EST). - Extended working hours (only in October, November, and December): availability to extend until 9:00 PM / 10:00 PM (EST) depending on operational needs. - Availability: Maximum availability during working hours. Minimal availability outside working hours, meaning that if a message is sent in the work group during Saturday or Sunday, at least a minimal acknowledgment response is expected, even if the activity will be carried out on Monday.
