We are looking for an experienced English-Speaking Retention Agent to join a growing and dynamic team in our Belgrade office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retaining high-value clients within the Forex, CFDs, Crypto, or iGaming industry and, most importantly, proven experience working with UK traffic.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of UK clients.
● Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication.
● Increase client lifetime value through effective retention strategies.
● Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
● Reactivate inactive clients and encourage continued trading/activity.
● Achieve individual and team retention KPIs.
● Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
● Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Management teams.

Native or fluent English (spoken and written).
● Previous Retention experience within Forex, CFDs, Crypto, or iGaming.
● Proven experience managing UK traffic/UK clients is essential.
● Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
● Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
● Experience working with VIP clients.
● Knowledge of CRM systems.
● Additional languages are an advantage.
