We are hiring our first dedicated Business Development Manager for the creator payout infrastructure vertical. This is a high-ownership commercial role with significant earning potential and a clear path to leadership.
• Identify, approach and close partnerships with talent agencies, creator management studios and model management businesses across your primary territory
• Leverage your existing network to generate warm conversations from day one
• Manage the full commercial cycle: outreach, qualification, product presentation, negotiation, onboarding and account growth
• Represent the client at relevant industry events and conferences, including TES Affiliate Conferences, AW Summit, Bucharest Summit and similar gatherings where this industry meets
• Bring market intelligence back to the product and leadership teams: objections, gaps, competitor activity, what agencies actually need
• Contribute to building the sales playbook and, potentially, to shaping the team around you
You will own the full partnership lifecycle: identifying and approaching target agencies and creator management businesses, presenting our solution, negotiating commercial terms and onboarding clients onto our payout infrastructure. You will also serve as the voice of the market internally, bringing intelligence from your conversations with agencies directly into our product and commercial thinking.
We are not looking for someone who will start from scratch researching this space. We are looking for someone who already lives in it, who has relationships with agency owners, studio operators and creator managers, and who can walk into a first conversation with credibility and context
The trust layer payout product is the foundation. Our roadmap extends into dedicated financial products for creator economy participants, and the commercial lead in this role will directly shape what we build next.
This role is the first step in building a dedicated commercial team for this vertical. The person who demonstrates the model in their market will be first in line to lead it as we expand.
Essential
• An active personal network inside the creator economy. Talent agencies, model management studios, OnlyFans agencies or equivalent are your professional world, not a research topic. If you have not worked with that industry, dont apply even if you tick all other boxes.
• Three or more years of B2B commercial experience within the creator economy, adult entertainment industry, high-risk payments, affiliate marketing or iGaming. Adjacent industries with direct crossover to this world are fully valid.
• A genuine understanding of how agency and creator commercial relationships work: revenue splits, payout dependencies, trust dynamics and what happens when they break down.
• A track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships, not just filling a pipeline.
• You are comfortable operating professionally in the adult content industry and understand the business, regulatory and banking dynamics unique to this vertical.
• Cultural fluency across your target territory. You can navigate different business cultures, communicate across language barriers and build trust with people from very different backgrounds.
• Self-directed and accountable. This role has no hand-holding.
Strongly Preferred
• Romanian and/or Spanish fluency is a strong plus. Russian, Portuguese or Ukrainian are also valued. The more markets you can cover natively, the stronger your candidacy.
• Prior experience selling a fintech, payment or technology product to creator economy businesses.
• Familiarity with the payout mechanics of major creator platforms and the operational challenges agencies face because of them.
• Genuine familiarity with crypto as a payment and settlement tool, and comfort with receiving part of your compensation in crypto if preferred.

We offer a competitive fixed base salary defined together with the successful candidate based on experience, territory and market context. This is combined with an uncapped commission structure tied directly to the revenue processed through your client portfolio.
The earning potential scales directly with the business you build. Agencies in this space process substantial monthly volumes and the market runs into the billions globally. Top performers in this role should expect to significantly exceed their base salary within the first twelve months.
Growth within us is tied to results. Our intention is to build a multi-territory commercial team in this vertical. The first person who proves the model in their market will be first in line to lead it.
