We are hiring an Affiliate Manager with a strong ownership mindset who will initially manage and grow our affiliate program and gradually evolve into an Operations Project Manager role. This position works directly with the Founder of a fast-growing US-based performance marketing startup and is ideal for someone who wants to grow beyond pure affiliate management.
You will start as an Affiliate Manager, taking ownership of partner relationships and program growth. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility in operations, workflows, and project management, with a clear path into an Operations Project Manager position.
• Manage, support, and grow the affiliate program.
• Onboard affiliates and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Coordinate priorities and support execution of the Founder’s ideas.
• Build and document SOPs, CRM structures, and reporting workflows.
• Coordinate internal and external teams.
• Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure accountability.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose operational improvements.
• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience managing affiliates or partnerships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in operations and process building.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments. Candidates with Startup Experience get priority
• Excellent English.
Candidates with Pay Per Call experience are highly prefered
• Full-time remote work.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
