Reporting directly to the COO, the Operations Manager is the execution engine of the business—the person who turns strategy into smooth, accurate, repeatable operations. You are the connective tissue between our three core functions: Backend Operations, Revenue, and Finance. Your job is to make sure they run as one well-oiled machine: every handoff clean, every process documented, every number right. This is a high-trust, right-hand role.
