We are looking for a senior, highly reliable Head of Business Operations to take ownership of the day-to-day operating flow across a fast-scaling digital business. Reporting directly to the COO, you will act as the execution engine of the business, turning strategy into smooth, accurate and repeatable operations. You will own the operating flow across Backend Operations, Revenue and Finance, ensuring that teams work as one connected system with clean handoffs, accurate data and clear ownership. This is a high-trust, highly autonomous role. You will take ownership of operational responsibilities that currently sit with leadership, improve the way the business runs day to day and build systems that reduce the need for constant management intervention.
