Head of Business Operations | Ad Acc Agency | Adtech J524

We are looking for a senior, highly reliable Head of Business Operations to take ownership of the day-to-day
operating flow across a fast-scaling digital business.
Reporting directly to the COO, you will act as the execution engine of the business, turning strategy into smooth,
accurate and repeatable operations.
You will own the operating flow across Backend Operations, Revenue and Finance, ensuring that teams work as one
connected system with clean handoffs, accurate data and clear ownership.
This is a high-trust, highly autonomous role. You will take ownership of operational responsibilities that currently sit
with leadership, improve the way the business runs day to day and build systems that reduce the need for constant
management intervention.
The goal is not simply to maintain operations, but to continuously improve, automate and scale them.

What You'll Own:

Operational Flow & Accuracy
• Own the daily operational flow between Backend Operations, Revenue and Finance
• Ensure work moves cleanly across teams with nothing dropped or delayed
• Maintain high standards of accuracy across accounts, transactions, wallet movements and operational requests
• Ensure internal systems reflect the real operational status of client activity and spend
• Enforce, document and continuously improve SOPs and SLAs
• Identify recurring operational issues and implement scalable solutions

Front-to-Back Coordination
• Keep the pipeline moving between Revenue and Backend/Tech teams
• Ensure client activity progresses without operational bottlenecks
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across teams
• Surface operational risks and capacity issues early
• Support supplier and platform reliability across capacity, onboarding, SLAs and operational performance
• Escalate commercial supplier decisions to leadership when required

Systems, Automation & AI
• Identify manual processes that can be automated or eliminated
• Build internal automation using AI and tools such as n8n, Replit, Make or Zapier
• Maintain and improve the operational stack, including ClickUp, HubSpot and connected automation systems
• Build lightweight internal tools and workflows without relying on engineering for every operational improvement
• Use AI and automation to improve speed, accuracy and scalability
• Prefer durable systems and tooling over adding unnecessary headcount

Team Performance & Accountability
• Keep Backend Operations, Revenue and Finance working efficiently as one connected operation
• Identify bottlenecks and assign clear ownership
• Ensure actions are followed through and closed
• Improve communication and accountability across teams
• Reduce the need for leadership to chase updates or operational status
• Create visibility into key workflows, issues and performance

• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations or Project Management
• Experience in adtech, martech, fintech or another high-volume digital business is strongly preferred
• Proven ownership of cross-functional operational flow, not only project coordination
• Strong understanding of how revenue, operations and finance interact
• Hands-on knowledge of major advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok is a major advantage
• Strong experience with modern operational tools such as ClickUp and HubSpot
• Practical experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Replit, Make or Zapier
• Strong AI fluency and the ability to use AI tools to solve operational problems
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to document, measure and improve operational processes
• Highly reliable, autonomous and comfortable carrying significant responsibility
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

This is a senior operational leadership role at the core of a fast-scaling digital business.
You will work directly with the COO and have full visibility into how the business operates across Revenue, Backend
Operations and Finance.
You will not manage only one part of operations. You will be responsible for helping the entire operating system run
smoothly, accurately and efficiently.
The role offers high autonomy, high trust and direct influence over how the business scales.
