Own direct agency sales across Europe. Creators hold euro IBANs, so the creator base is European (SEPA); the agencies you sign can sit anywhere. Your market is the mid-size and large agencies managing creators on OnlyFans, LoyalFans, Fansly, MYM and the other platforms in that space - owners you already know, communities you are already part of, conferences you already attend. Cam studios - where the platform pays the studio and the studio pays the creators - are next year's product, not this role's target. If cams is your focus we can talk next year

·         Source, pitch and close agencies directly - your own network first, then the circuit and the channels

·         Run the full cycle: first conversation, demo on the live platform, commercial terms, handover to compliance and onboarding

·         Represent the company at the creator-economy conferences — across Europe and globally — and in the communities where this industry talks

·         Feed what you hear from owners straight into product and pricing.

·         As volume ramps: hire and lead the first one or two commercial team members — this seat grows into leading the sales organisation

▪  Who you are

·         The owners and decision-makers of 50+ mid-size and large European agencies in the OnlyFans-type space in your phone - your own numbers, people who pick up when you call. Not contacts of contacts. Its a deal breaker if that is not the case

·         On the circuit now: you have attended the creator-economy conferences of the last 12–18 months and know who was in the room

·         Native in the channels where this industry actually talks - the groups, the forums, the communities

·         A confident, independent closer: you open, negotiate and close deals on your own — no playbook handed to you

·         Enough payments and settlement fluency to be credible with an agency owner in the first five minutes

·         Fluent English plus at least one other European language

A plus: direct access into the cam-studio ecosystem (that product launches next year) · additional European languages · Barcelona-based or willing to relocate.

·         You are looking for part-time, fractional or side-project work - this seat demands full dedication and committed working hours

·         You will not travel - we are present at conferences across Europe and globally, and you will be there

·         Your network is cam-studio only - studio access is a plus on top, never a substitute for OnlyFans-type agency relationships

·         You need a big brand, pipeline and a playbook handed to you before you can sell

·         Your network is second-hand - you know someone who knows someone, instead of holding the owner's number yourself

·         You cannot close a deal on your own

Three parts, kept simple: a fixed monthly salary; a direct sales commission on the fees on what the company earns from your agencies paid out monthly, with no cap; and an end-of-year bonus. For salary and commission you pick one of two models: €2,500 fixed plus 20% commission, or €3,500 fixed plus 12%. The models are built so that backing yourself pays: from roughly €250,000 in monthly settled volume - your second live agency - the 20% model overtakes on total pay and pulls away. At the year-one goal the commission alone is many times the salary. Exact numbers are fixed in your offer. Remote in Europe, conference travel paid, employment within the group.
