We're looking for someone who's confident starting conversations, opening new doors, and turning relationships into business. If you've built a strong network within the industry and know how to create commercial opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work across Lead Generation verticals including Home Improvement, Debt Consolidation, Loans, Insurance, Medicare, and Education, as well as Nutra, E-commerce, Sweepstakes, and certain Casino and Dating campaigns. You'll work closely with both advertisers and publishers, with a strong focus on expanding our network, bringing in the right partners, scaling Affiliates and Advertisers.

How You'll Make an Impact

·         Identify, approach, and onboard new publishers and strategic partners

·         Build long-term scaleable partnerships

·         Open new business opportunities and grow existing partnerships

·         Negotiate commercial terms and launch new campaigns

·         Work directly with the founders to identify and execute growth opportunities

·         Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events

·         Stay on top of industry trends, emerging traffic sources, and new market opportunities

·         Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase volume and profitability

What You'll Bring

·         At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing eighter in Sales Driven Affiliate Management or Business Developers

·         A massive rolodex in the industry

·         Excellent reputation

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills

·         A proven ability to generate new business opportunities and grow commercial partnerships

·         Experience working with direct publishers and quality traffic sources

·         Solid understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, EPC, ROI, and campaign performance

·         Hands-on experience with Everflow, Affise, or similar tracking platforms

·         Fluent English, both written and spoken

·         We welcome Candidates from all verticals but give a high preference to candidates with experience in Leadgen
