Job Description — Business Development Manager (Affiliate / SaaS / Payments)

We are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand strategic partnerships across the affiliate, SaaS, subscription, digital products, AI, and payment ecosystems.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the industry landscape, has an established network, and can build long-term relationships with fast-scaling digital businesses.

This is not a cold-calling sales role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across affiliate, SaaS, subscription, AI, mobile app, and payment ecosystems
  • Build relationships with founders, advertisers, media buyers, growth teams, and platform operators
  • Identify and introduce high-value business opportunities and partnership channels
  • Expand the company’s network within performance marketing and digital commerce industries
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership onboarding and long-term growth initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem players and identify new market opportunities

Requirements

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, SaaS, Payments, or Performance Marketing ecosystems
  • Existing network within affiliate, subscription, SaaS, mobile app, or digital commerce industries
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Experience attending and leveraging industry conferences and events
  • Comfortable communicating with founders, advertisers, and growth teams
  • Strong understanding of recurring billing and subscription business models
  • Familiarity with payment processing, acquiring, gateways, chargebacks, or operational scaling is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English required
  • Russian, Ukrainian, or other Eastern European languages are a strong plus
