We search an iGaming Biz Dev UA/RU for a high-performing, international team of media buying professionals operating across multiple
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new direct advertisers in key markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and secure optimal deal conditions
- Monitor deal activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reporting
- Develop and execute strategies to increase deal volume, engagement, and ROI
- Negotiate competitive commission structures and promotional agreements
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CRM, Legal) to support campaign success
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry as biz dev or advertiser manager
- Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Strong existing network within the iGaming space
- Solid understanding of the current industry landscape
- Fluency in English and Russian or Ukrainian
