We’re building a performance-driven growth team focused on the US market, and we need a senior media buyer who understands testing, scaling, and profitability at a deep level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Launching, testing, and scaling campaigns on:
• Meta Ads BH(Facebook & Instagram)
• Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
• Building structured testing frameworks (creative, audiences, offers)
• Optimizing for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and scalability
• Managing budgets responsibly and profitably
• Collaborating with creative & landing page teams
• Ensuring clean tracking (Pixel, CAPI, attribution tools)
• Scaling winners while maintaining account stability

• 5+years running paid traffic at scale
• Managed monthly ad budgets of $200K+ (preferably much higher)
• Documented case studies with real metrics
• Deep understanding of:
• Creative testing strategy
• Funnel optimization

• Focus on compliance and long-term account health
