We are building a fast-growing Affiliate Marketing & Marketplace platform focused on Cash on Delivery (COD) across Latin America. We are looking for a results-driven Advertiser Acquisition Manager to lead merchant and advertiser growth in the region.
This is a hunter role with full ownership of advertiser pipeline development, deal structuring, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new e-commerce merchants and advertisers interested in performance-based (CPA) COD campaigns.
You will work closely with internal affiliate and operations teams to structure profitable offers, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive long-term partnerships across LATAM markets.
• Identify and acquire new advertisers and e-commerce merchants across LATAM
• Pitch our affiliate + marketplace + COD model
• Structure and negotiate profitable CPA-based COD offers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and performance partners
• Achieve and exceed onboarding and revenue targets
• Contribute to the overall market expansion strategy in the region
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or advertiser acquisition
• Background in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad-tech, or e-commerce preferred
• Experience in COD products or LATAM e-commerce markets is a strong plus
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to structure performance-based commercial deals
• Spanish required
• Portuguese is a strong plus
• English preferred

• €1,300 – €2,600 base salary
