Business Development Manager Mobile & App Marketing (India Only)

We are seeking a Business Development professional with proven experience in the mobile app industry to expand our client base in India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities exclusively with mobile app clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at mobile app companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, campaign management, analytics) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on mobile app marketing trends and competitor strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–7 years (Mid) or 7+ years (Senior) in business development, account management, or sales within mobile app marketing, adtech, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record working directly with app clients on user acquisition or monetization campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising channels – programmatic, social, native, and in-app.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a remote, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of mobile app clients or industry contacts.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava).
• Experience managing international client accounts.
