Adult Designer (Templates & Banners) J377

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer with experience in adult topics to support our affiliate and performance marketing activities. The main focus of this role is designing high-converting banners and email templates for adult  offers. We point out that you need explicit experience with tubes, paysites etc. even if you are a good dating designer but have not worked in the hard stuff, than this is not for you.

You’ll work closely with affiliate managers, marketers, and copywriters to translate concepts into visuals that actually perform, not just look good.

Responsibilities

• Design static and animated banners for adult, campaigns

• Create email templates optimized for conversions and deliverability

• Adapt creatives for different formats, sizes, GEOs, and platforms

• Refresh and optimize existing creatives based on performance feedback

• Collaborate with affiliate managers to understand offer positioning and target audiences

• Maintain consistent branding while testing new visual angles and styles

• Organize and deliver creatives in a structured and timely manner

• Proven experience designing creatives for adult, especially paysites and tubes

• Strong understanding of what works visually in performance marketing

• Experience with banner ads, email layouts, and promotional graphics

• Confident working with adult themes and suggestive content where required

• Solid skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar

• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

• Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working remotely
