We are an affiliate network and performance marketing agency specializing in the verticals of iGaming, Antivirus/VPN, and Lead Generation.
We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of high-impact paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. In this role, you’ll translate business objectives into performance-driven media plans, run sophisticated audience and creative tests, and manage significant monthly ad budgets. You’ll be expected to deliver consistent, measurable ROI across the funnel — driving both acquisition and growth for our agency clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop channel-specific media strategies and end-to-end campaign plans across Meta (Feed, Reels, Stories, Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns) and YouTube (Skippable, Non-Skippable, Bumper, Discovery) to meet performance KPIs and client goals.
● Launch, manage, and scale high-budget campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (YouTube), leveraging advanced bidding strategies, pacing controls, and A/B testing methodologies.
● Design and own creative testing frameworks, including sequencing strategies, thumbnails, hooks, captions, and matching creative to specific audience segments for optimal performance.
● Create and execute advanced audience strategies: custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based targeting, video viewer retargeting, cross-channel audience blending, and dynamic retargeting windows.
● Implement and QA tracking infrastructure: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 events, UTM structure, and server-side measurement setups when required.
● Optimize for full-funnel performance: drive short-term outcomes like CPA and ROAS while improving upper-funnel metrics such as view-through rate (VTR), watch time, engagement rate, and CPM efficiency.
● Produce actionable reporting and insights: analyze performance trends, recommend budget reallocations, creative pivots, or funnel adjustments, and present findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
● Mentor junior media buyers on best practices, help troubleshoot campaigns, and lead weekly operational reviews to scale high-performing assets and eliminate inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
● At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (YouTube Video campaigns)
● Proven track record of scaling video-first funnels, optimizing across the full customer journey, and managing monthly ad spends of $50K USD or more
● Advanced skills in audience strategy, including lookalike modeling, custom audience creation, and video-view-based retargeting across channels
● Strong command of creative testing frameworks, including video sequencing, hooks, thumbnails, A/B testing, and audience-to-creative matching
● Experience with tracking and measurement, including setup and troubleshooting of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Google Ads conversions, and GA4 event tracking
● Fluent in interpreting and optimizing based on key performance metrics: VTR, CPV, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS
● Proficient in building clear, actionable reports using Google Sheets, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), or similar BI tools
● Excellent communicator, confident in client-facing settings and skilled at presenting campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
● Familiarity with running compliant, high-performing campaigns in sweepstakes and iGaming verticals is a strong plus
