E-Commerce & Website Operations Specialist J327

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the daily management of our websites and e-commerce operations. This role involves overseeing IT functions, managing SEO reporting, ensuring smooth server and site maintenance, and providing consistent updates across platforms. The position requires proactive communication, accurate reporting, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.

* E-Commerce & Website Tasks
* Manage IT team and coordinate daily/weekly reports.
* Perform website checks and site maintenance.
* Oversee SEO tasks, including weekly and monthly SEO reporting.
* Generate daily PPV reports and monthly Looker Studio PPV reports.
* Maintain NAS and ensure server stability.
* Run, monitor, and report on daily Jesusbot tasks (filtering, monitoring, and group reports).
* Create and manage UTM links
* Manage Google Analytics tracking and reporting.
* Conduct regular server and site maintenance, including plugin updates and rollbacks if needed.
* Support website updates.
* Handle SMTP Email address support
* Reporting & Attendance
* Submit daily reports
* Provide weekly SEO reports.
* Ensure daily PPV reporting and coordination with team members.
* Maintain accountability by logging in/out of Sling and group chat (attendance monitored).

* Proven experience in website management, server maintenance, and SEO reporting.
* Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
* Experience with email systems, newsletters, and DMARC setup.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (plugins, servers, site updates).
* Excellent communication skills and reliability in daily/weekly reporting.
* Strong time management; able to handle multiple platforms and deadlines.
