This role requires hands-on execution, cross-border coordination, and strong collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage work permits, visas, and onboarding processes for international employees • Draft and review employment contracts across multiple jurisdictions • Collaborate with recruitment and IT teams to streamline onboarding processes • Manage employee relations, internal movements, and HR coordination • Implement and support performance management systems • Lead HR-related projects, including office management and policy improvements • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations
