What you’ll do ● Integrate and manage VoIP providers (Twilio, SIP, Aircall, Vonage, etc.) ● Build and optimize auto-dialers and intelligent call routing ● Manage call recording, latency, uptime, and failover systems ● Optimize call costs and international number provisioning ● Monitor system performance and resolve issues in real time ● Work closely with Engineering and AI teams
