Role overview This is not a “feature factory” product role. You’ll own the product from a revenue and conversion perspective, ensuring every decision ties back to business impact.
What you’ll do ● Design the full abandoned cart recovery and phone sales flow ● Define and track conversion-focused KPIs and metrics ● Prioritize features based on revenue and operational impact ● Translate AI insights into product improvements ● Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Operations teams ● Validate ideas through data, not opinions
