That means managing dozens of active ad campaigns across several ad accounts — profitably, every single month. Our target is 30% ROI on ad spend, month over month. This is not a "launch it and let it run" job. You'll be testing angles, creatives, and landing pages constantly, killing losers fast, scaling winners hard, and keeping tight control of numbers across every account you touch.
