We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to help build, manage and scale high-performing affiliate partnerships within the Dating/Adult vertical. You will own relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers and other performance partners, focusing on partner acquisition, activation, retention and growth. This role combines relationship management, commercial negotiation and data-driven performance optimization. You will work closely with internal marketing, media buying, creative and development teams to identify new opportunities, improve campaign results and scale profitable partnerships.
