Affiliate Manager | Dating/Adult | Cyprus office J544

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to help build, manage and scale high-performing affiliate partnerships within the Dating/Adult vertical.
You will own relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers and other performance partners, focusing on partner acquisition, activation, retention and growth.
This role combines relationship management, commercial negotiation and data-driven performance optimization. You will work closely with internal marketing, media buying, creative and development teams to identify new opportunities, improve campaign results and scale profitable partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Recruit, onboard and activate new affiliates, publishers, influencers and performance partners
• Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing ongoing communication, support and commercial guidance
• Negotiate deals, commercial terms and partnership opportunities
• Monitor affiliate and campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and partner profitability
• Track key metrics including EPC, LTV, CR, CTR and other relevant performance KPIs
• Analyse partner performance using spreadsheets, dashboards and internal reporting tools
• Identify high-performing partners and campaigns and develop strategies to scale them
• Identify underperforming partnerships and take proactive steps to improve results
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, technologies, traffic sources and competitor activity
• Collaborate with media buying, design, development and content teams to support partner performance
• Develop new ideas and opportunities for affiliate acquisition and channel growth
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights internally
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the affiliate marketing industry

• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing or a closely related commercial role
• Strong relationship-building and partner management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards and reporting tools
• Good understanding of digital marketing and performance-based acquisition
• Ability to interpret performance trends and turn data into actionable decisions
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across different teams
• Excellent English, written and spoken

Strong Advantages:

• Previous affiliate management experience in Dating/Adult or another performance-driven vertical
• Existing network of affiliates, publishers or traffic partners
• Strong understanding of affiliate metrics such as EPC, LTV, CR and CTR
• Experience negotiating CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid or other performance-based commercial models
• Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools
• Experience attending and networking at affiliate industry conferences
• Additional languages
• Background in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Sciences, HR or another field offering relevant transferable skills

• €2,000-€5,000 monthly salary depending on experience
