CEO BH Network + MB Team

We're an established affiliate network performing strongly in the most lucrative verticals.

We are looking for a CEO who can manage scale, build teams, introduce stronger systems, and execute fast.
The ideal candidate is not only an experienced CEO but also Hands on to support the team when it matters, for example high level business development. You run the entire business while the founder transitions toward a Chairman and scales the other ventures in the holding

You're coming in as CEO to scale this business to eight figures across multiple markets.

Priority 1 — Take over Management from Owner

Priority 2 — Improve strucutre to be more efficient

Priority 3 —Optimize and Scale Joint Ventures and Mediabuying activities

Priority 4 — Build & Lead the Team

Priority 5 — High Level Partnership Management

Priority 6 — Strategic Growth

Non-Negotiables

·       Previous CEO / COO experience in affiliate or performance marketing.

·       5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably on the network side rather than only as a traffic buyer.

·       Experience managing high-revenue affiliate operations

·       Experience scaling Blackhat Verticals

·       A proven track record building or scaling an affiliate network or team — numbers matter.

·       Experience hiring and managing teams of 10+ people.

·       Experience Managing Mediabuying Teams

·       Hands-on knowledge of tracking platforms such as HasOffers / TUNE, Everflow, CAKE, or similar.

·       Ability to close deals with advertisers and top affiliates across multiple regions.

Nice to Have

·       Experience in BH verticals

·       Enough technical understanding to work effectively with developers on platform automation.

·       Additional European languages; fluent English is required.
