We're a performance marketing agency generating leads for the largest home services companies in the US. Nationwide campaigns, real budgets, direct relationships with the biggest buyers in the industry. We've been in this game for over a decade, and we're scaling.
You'll own paid acquisition on Meta. That means managing dozens of active ad campaigns across several ad accounts — profitably, every single month. Our target is 30% ROI on ad spend, month over month.
This is not a "launch it and let it run" job. You'll be testing angles, creatives, and landing pages constantly, killing losers fast, scaling winners hard, and keeping tight control of numbers across every account you touch.
What You'll Do:
• Manage dozens of Meta campaigns across multiple ad accounts and verticals
• Hit and maintain 30%+ ROI on ad spend month over month
• Launch, test, and iterate on angles, creatives, and landing pages
• Monitor performance daily and act fast — pause losers, scale winners
• Work with bid caps, budget management, and per-lead payout economics
• Keep clean, organized reporting so profit per campaign is never a mystery
• Communicate clearly with the team on what's working, what's not, and why
Who You Are:
• Experienced Meta media buyer with a track record of profitable campaigns at real spend levels
• Highly organized — you can hold dozens of campaigns in your head without dropping balls
• Numbers-obsessed. You know your CPL, RPL, and margin per campaign at any moment
• Hungry. You want your income tied to performance, not a salary ceiling
• Self-directed. You don't wait to be told, you don't need babysitting
• Experience with lead generation, home services, or direct response is a strong plus
• $2,000/month base
• 10% of profit — uncapped. No ceiling, no games. The more profit you generate, the more you make. Top
performers in this model out-earn agency salaries several times over.
• Proven Performance: After you’ve proven for some time that you are capable of delivering consistent
performance, profit share can be negotiated.
