We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build and scale affiliate acquisition for  a unique and immersive AI companion and entertainment platform.

Build a strong affiliate channel, onboard quality partners, and rapidly scale profitable traffic while maintaining sustainable CAC and traffic quality.

● Proven track record in affiliate marketing and partner management.

● Strong existing network of affiliates, media publishers or any other potential traffic partners.

● Experience working and negotiating high-volume traffic and performance-based deals - CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.

● Previous experience in Adult AI, very senior Adult and Dating AMs without AI focus can apply as well

● Strong understanding of tracking platforms, Postback / pixel / API tracking setup, conversion optimization, fraud monitoring and affiliate KPIs.

● High level of understanding of how to negotiate, activate, manage and scale profitable affiliate partnerships.

● Quick self learner that can dive quickly to new environments

● Proactivity is part of your DNA - you are a go getter and all for results

Candidates in the EU, CIS, UA are prefered due to timezone
