Media Buyer | Meta Ads | Leadgen/SaaS | J521

$2,200 - $3,400 monthly

Job Description

We’re all about creativity, innovation, and big ambitions. Ever wondered what it’s like to spend $1 million a day on digital ads? We’re not there yet, but we’re well on our way.
Right now, we’re scaling several of our brands across 50+ countries. What makes us different? We don’t just scale businesses—we build them from the ground up. We’ve mastered the art of growing brands quickly and consistently, and we’ve proven it time and time again. Our biggest win so far? One of the brands we built was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed company. It’s just the beginning of what we’re capable of.

We’re looking to grow our team with a skilled Media Buyer who has experience in Meta ads. We need someone who knows the ins and outs of creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns in the Meta ecosystem, with a clear focus on driving sales and maximizing ROI. If you’re confident in your abilities and passionate about delivering great results, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns to generate sales and maximize ROI for global D2C brands.
• Analyze existing ads, identify top-performing strategies, and actively research and test new creative formats and ideas for impactful campaigns.
• Take a hands-on approach in creating new funnels, from initial concept to execution, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams.
• Strategically manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns run efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and apply A/B testing methodologies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to bring new ideas to the table.
• Do what makes sense, question what doesn’t.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (Meta).
• A strong point of view on measurement, performance, and required tracking, with the ability to apply it to strategic recommendations and ongoing campaign management.
• Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

What We Expect From This Person:

• Take ownership of Meta ads: We do not have a dedicated person for this right now, so we are not looking for someone to push buttons and wait for orders. We want the person who tells us what to do on this channel.
• Strategy: Own the account structure, targeting, budgets, and testing plan. Bring the know-how we do not
currently have in-house.
• Improvements: Come with opinions. If our landing page, form, or angles are costing us money, say so, and we will change them. We would rather be told we are wrong than keep paying for it.
• Creative: Managing our creative contractors is a big plus—briefing them, deciding what gets made, and
deciding what gets tested.
• Short term: Hold the cost per lead and lead quality steady while we finish tuning the sales system.
• Long term: Scale the spend aggressively once we give the green light.

Benefits

What to Expect:

• You’ll join a small, friendly team where people are open, direct, and easy to work with.
• We keep things practical—no heavy processes or unnecessary layers.
• You’ll work with teammates who know their craft and care about doing things well.
• There’s variety: different products, different challenges, and enough change to keep the work from feeling
routine.
• We use solid, modern tools that actually help, not slow you down.
• Team culture matters to us—workations, bike rides, game nights, lunches, and whatever else we decide to do together.
