We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and support the continued growth of a subscription-driven adult entertainment business. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with hands-on experience in recurring revenue models, subscription businesses, and performance-driven digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

·         Oversee financial strategy, planning, and reporting.

·         Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

·         Analyze subscription KPIs including MRR, ARR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC, and profitability.

·         Improve cash flow, margins, and operational efficiency.

·         Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.

·         Monitor payment processing, chargebacks, and financial risk.

·         Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and payment providers.

·         Establish strong financial controls and reporting systems.

·         3+ years in a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role.

·         Understanding of recurring revenue models and retention metrics.

·         Advanced financial analysis and forecasting skills.

·         Excellent English communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

·         Work experience in the online marketing industry

Highly Desirable

·         Experience in the adult industry.

·         Background in paysites, memberships, or digital subscription products.

·         Knowledge of payment processing, chargeback management, and risk mitigation.
