Marketing Director (Adult/Cams/Video Chat) [On-site: Prague] J472

Salary: 6000€ - 8000€

We are hiring a Marketing Director for a leading very established adult cams and video chat platform.
This role is responsible for taking the entire marketing function to the next level, owning growth across
three core pillars:
• Traffic acquisition (mainly Affiliation + parts of Media-buying)
• Model marketing (Acquisition, Contests, Loyality etc.)
• End-user growth

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and structure the marketing of the entire project
• Build and execute high-level growth strategies across multiple acquisition channels
• Lead the different marketing teams
• Develop acquisition channels within the adult ecosystem
• Align marketing with product, revenue, and business objectives
• Drive data-led decision making and performance tracking

• Proven experience in adult industry (cams, tube, or related verticals)
• Strong background in growth/performance marketing leadership
• Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition strategies
• Understanding of both supply (models/creators) and demand (users)
• Strong leadership and execution capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience scaling global platforms
• Background in affiliate or partnership-driven growth
• Experience in high-growth environments
