Marketing Director (Adult/Cams/Video Chat) [On-site: LA/NY] J471

We are hiring a Marketing Director / Growth Leader for a leading global adult cams
and video chat platform. This role is responsible for taking the entire marketing function to the next
level, owning growth across three core pillars: traffic acquisition, model marketing, and end-user
growth.

Location: Los Angeles (on-site preferred) | New York (secondary option)

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale marketing across traffic, models, and end consumers
• Build and execute high-level growth strategies across multiple acquisition channels
• Lead and manage marketing teams and external partners
• Optimize funnels, conversion rates, and user lifecycle
• Develop acquisition channels within the adult ecosystem
• Align marketing with product, revenue, and business objectives
• Drive data-led decision making and performance tracking

• Proven experience in adult industry (cams, tube, or related verticals)
• Strong background in growth/performance marketing leadership
• Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition strategies
• Understanding of both supply (models/creators) and demand (users)
• Strong leadership and execution capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience scaling global platforms
• Background in affiliate or partnership-driven growth
• Experience in high-growth environments
