Only Fans Agency operator

We are seeking a battle-tested operator who has built and scaled an OnlyFans agency from the ground up and can take full ownership of revenue growth, chatter operations, and traffic generation. This role is for a hands-on strategist who understands the creator economy, conversion psychology, and high-volume chat monetization at scale.

You will be responsible for turning creators into top earners, building high-performance chatter teams, and driving predictable, scalable traffic pipelines.

Core Responsibilities

Agency Scaling & Revenue Ownership

- Build, scale, and optimize an OnlyFans agency to multi-six / seven-figure monthly revenue.

- Design and implement scalable systems for onboarding, monetization, retention, and upsells.

- Own revenue forecasting, and performance KPIs across all creators.

Model Acquisition & Talent Management

- Vet, and onboard high-potential creators across key markets.

- Develop positioning strategies tailored to each model’s niche and audience.

- Coach models on content strategy, pricing psychology, and brand positioning.

- Manage contracts, exclusivity terms, and long-term retention.

Chatter Operations & Monetization Systems

- Recruit, train, and manage high-performance chatter teams.

- Build scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and upsell flows.

- Implement QA systems and performance dashboards.

- Optimize ARPU, PPV conversion rates, and fan lifetime value.

Traffic & Growth Marketing

- Build and scale paid and organic traffic across platforms (e.g., Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, paid ads).

- Develop funnel strategies from traffic → subscriber → high-value fan.

- Optimize CPA, ROI, and subscriber quality.

- Identify and exploit new traffic sources ahead of competitors.

Automation & Systems

- Implement CRM, tracking, and automation tools for scale.

- Build SOPs and workflows for repeatable growth.

- Integrate AI tools for chat optimization, lead scoring, and fan segmentation.

- Proven track record building and scaling an OnlyFans agency.

- Demonstrated results: multi-six or seven-figure monthly revenue.

- Deep understanding of chatter monetization models, fan psychology, pricing mechanics, and creator branding.

- Experience managing remote teams across time zones.

- Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven decision making.
