Our client are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join a fast-growing affiliate network and take full ownership of crypto brands. This is a hands-on role focused on scaling existing brands, launching new ones, and driving performance through close work with affiliates. The role combines both operational execution and strategic growth, within a small and agile team.
At least 1 year of experience as a Brand Manager (crypto/iGaming – strong advantage)
● Strong understanding of performance KPIs: CPA, FTD, CR
● Experience working with affiliates and performance-driven environments
● Highly proactive, sharp, and results-oriented
● Ability to work independently within a small team
Key Responsibilities
● Own the brand end-to-end: operations, communication, and performance
● Manage and scale existing brands while identifying and onboarding new ones
● Work closely with affiliates to increase traffic quality and volume
● Expand activity across multiple GEOs and vertical opportunities
● Monitor performance on a daily basis and optimize based on results
● Identify growth opportunities and push what works
Traffic & Markets
● GEOs: Mixed (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3)
● Traffic Sources: SEO, PPC, Influencers, and additional acquisition channels
Team Structure
● Small and dynamic team

● Base salary: $1,200–$2000
