They are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales / Account Manager to join their team in a fully remote role.

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (mandatory)
• Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Academic background in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates through consistent communication and support
• Support senior team members in recruiting, onboarding, and activating new affiliates
• Monitor daily traffic and performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Assist with weekly performance reviews and preparation of feedback for affiliates
• Help manage CAPs, lead statuses, and performance pacing to maximize ROI
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Handle affiliate and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
