Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal rules and company guidelines

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation

  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Develop and mentor entry-level staff into successful sales professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the digital marketing industry

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience working with HubSpot and Google Sheets

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong market and industry knowledge

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships

  • Excellent time management and planning skills

  • Customer support experience is a plus

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts in compliance with legal and company policies

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders

  • Provide post-sales strategic support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Mentor and develop junior sales team members

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
