Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Online Marketing Manager to lead, manage, and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role you will not only plan and manage but also actively implement campaigns, optimize performance, and drive growth.
The ideal candidate has strong industry connections, deep knowledge of performance marketing, and proven experience working with the U.S. market within the adult industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and partnership channels
- Plan budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
- Brandbuilding towards users & creator
- Content Marketing
Campaign Execution (Hands-On)
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns
- Manage traffic partnerships
- Manager influencer partnerships
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze KPIs: CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Continuously optimize campaigns for scale and profitability
Team & Partner Management
- Coordinate with designers, content teams, and developers
- Leverage existing industry connections to secure deals and placements
Market Focus
- Lead campaigns targeting the U.S. market
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and regional regulations
