About the Role
We are hiring a sharp, execution-focused Junior Developer / Developer to work directly with our high-volume performance media-buying team.
This is a business-critical role. Your work will have a direct and immediate impact on revenue, ROI, and campaign scalability. We are open to both full-time hires and project-based collaboration, depending on experience and availability.
In short, we are looking for developers who can use their technical expertise to create additional revenue streams within our existing performance infrastructure.
These first two areas are the top priority and the main reason we are hiring:
1. Prelander Click Generation (Top Priority)
● Insert, modify, and maintain scripts on prelanders.
● Build logic that generates additional clicks and monetizes extra clicks on the prelanders.
● Ensure scripts are stable, and optimized across devices and geos
● Ensure integration with script provider is perfect
This work directly increases revenue per user and is a key profit lever for the business.
2. Duplicate Click & Conversion Logic (Top Priority)
● Build detection logic to identify users who have already converted on an offer.
● Create API-based cascades to reroute those users to new offers where they have not converted.
● Reduce wasted traffic and eliminate duplicate conversions while maximizing lifetime value per user.
This work directly improves traffic efficiency, advertiser relationships, and long-term scalability.
Ongoing Responsibilities (After Priority Projects)
3. Script Implementation & Optimization
● Insert, customize, and maintain scripts on pre-landers and landers.
● Create additional monetization layers where possible.
● A/B test and optimize scripts by device, GEO, and traffic source.
4. API Development & Integrations
● Build and maintain internal API tools for media-buying workflows.
● Integrate affiliate networks, offer endpoints, and tracking systems.
● Create automation layers for routing, conversions, and reporting.
5. Funnel & Cascade Logic
● Develop user-based logic for smart funnels and fallback flows.
● Implement event-based routing and decision trees.
● Improve revenue per click and reduce traffic waste.
6. Tracking & Analytics
● Work with tracking systems such as Keitaro / RedTrack (or custom setups).
● Conduct integrations, pixels, and conversion endpoints.
7. Tech Support for Scaling Campaigns
● Troubleshoot issues quickly when campaigns scale.
● Provide technical support across landers, scripts, APIs, and funnels.
● Maintain clean documentation and stable deployments.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
● Strong JavaScript (required)
● HTML / CSS fundamentals
● PHP or Python (nice to have)
● API experience (REST, JSON)
● Solid understanding of tracking logic
● Git / version control familiarity
Soft Skills
● Fast problem-solver with a hands-on mindset
● Resourceful, proactive, and independent
● Highly detail-oriented (critical for tracking & routing logic)
● Comfortable working under pressure when campaigns scale
● Previous media buying or affiliate marketing experience is a strong plus
