Job Description

We are building a high-load partner advertising platform with large-scale RPS and a modern, user-friendly interface. The system is growing exponentially, and we continuously adopt new technologies to accelerate both product and business growth.

As a Traffic Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company’s expansion in North America, shaping how our brand enters, scales, and competes across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Strategy
  • Design and execute a business development strategy specifically for the North American market, with clear growth targets and measurable objectives.
  • Conduct deep market research to uncover regional trends, competitor dynamics, platform preferences, and consumer behavior unique to the U.S. and Canada.
  • Monitor emerging digital marketing trends, affiliate industry movements, and regulatory developments in North America to ensure proactive strategy adaptation.
  • Localize global go-to-market plans to fit the economic, technological, and cultural context of North American audiences.
Affiliate & Media Buying Growth
  • Source, onboard, and develop new affiliate and media buying partnerships with traffic providers, networks, publishers, and agencies across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Attend and represent the company at major North American affiliate marketing conferences, expos, and webinars to expand the business network.
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-quality media buying sources and affiliate publishers across different verticals and channels (e.g., native, search, social, programmatic).
Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify and close strategic partnership deals with high-potential stakeholders in the U.S. and Canadian performance marketing ecosystems.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners, acting as the company’s ambassador in the North American market.
  • Evaluate partnership proposals and negotiate deal terms to maximize growth, retention, and profitability.
Affiliate Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of North American affiliate accounts, ensuring top-tier service, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide affiliates with proactive support, performance optimization guidance, and insightful reporting to build long-term loyalty.
  • Monitor traffic quality, enforce compliance standards, and continuously improve service levels for all partner accounts.
Reporting & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams (BI, compliance, operations, and product) to ensure seamless integration and performance tracking for North American partners.
  • Deliver regular reports and strategic updates on market trends, partner performance, and business development activities to key stakeholders.
  • Share learnings and best practices from North American activities to support global business development efforts and inform cross-regional strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing strategic accounts or partnerships.
  • Strong hands-on experience in the North American market (U.S. and Canada).
  • Proven background in business development with measurable growth results.
  • Experience in the adult traffic/performance marketing industry.
  • Ability to scale quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • High resilience, ownership mindset, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
