Assistant Affiliate Manager – Sweeps (US Market) - J411

About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Affiliate Manager to support the growth of our US Sweepstakes
offers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at a junior or early mid-level who already has
some exposure to affiliate marketing and wants to grow into a full Affiliate Manager role.
You will work closely with the Affiliate Manager and internal teams to support affiliates, monitor
performance, and help scale traffic in the US sweeps vertical.

Responsibilities
● Support day-to-day communication with affiliates (email, Telegram, Teams)
● Assist with onboarding new affiliates and setting up tracking links
● Monitor affiliate performance and report key metrics (leads, CR, EPC, ROI)
● Help optimize offers and traffic sources together with the Affiliate Manager
● Coordinate with internal teams (tracking, compliance, tech) when needed
● Maintain affiliate documentation, reports, and CRM updates
● Research and help recruit new affiliates in the sweeps space

Requirements
● Basic understanding of affiliate marketing (experience in sweeps is a plus)
● Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
● Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking platforms, and dashboards
● Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
● Previous experience in affiliate networks, lead generation, or performance marketing is a strong plus

Nice to have
● Experience with US Sweepstakes offers
● Familiarity with tracking platforms
● Experience working with affiliates via Telegram / Skype
● Understanding of basic performance metrics (CPL, CR, EPC)
