Our client are looking for a specialist responsible for promoting the company’s products across international markets and ensuring effective customer acquisition through high-performing advertising campaigns. The main goal of the role is to improve media buying efficiency and achieve maximum ROI.
Plan media buying strategies and operational approaches
Collaborate closely with the Art Director and marketing team
Participate in preparing case studies and documenting successful approaches
Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads
Test and launch new advertising platforms and traffic sources
Manage and optimize advertising budgets
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI)
Perform daily campaign optimizations to meet KPI targets
Prepare regular performance reports

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
Strong budget management skills and optimization based on CPA, CTR, and ROI
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp
Upper-Intermediate English level (daily communication required)
Strong analytical mindset

Experience with tracking tools (Voluum, RedTrack)
Understanding of affiliate marketing principles
