We are hiring a Middle+ Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead on behalf of our client — an international iGaming company operating in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
The client is focused on scalable growth, long-term affiliate partnerships, and building a strong, performance-driven affiliate function.
Responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates
• Optimize affiliate performance and traffic quality
• Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Monitor KPIs and ensure affiliates meet performance targets
• Analyze traffic sources and prevent fraud
• Support and mentor junior affiliate managers (for Team Lead level)
• Participate in building and optimizing affiliate processes
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, payments)
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Experience level
• Middle+ Affiliate Manager: 2–3+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience
• Affiliate Team Lead: 3-4+ years of experience with affiliate programs, including mentoring or team coordination
Requirements
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs
• Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Experience in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook)
• Ability to manage, grow, and scale affiliate partnerships
• Leadership mindset or previous experience supporting/managing others
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• KPI-driven, performance-oriented approach
Language requirements
• English level: B2+ / Fluent (spoken and written)
• Confident communication with international partners
• Additional languages are a strong advantage
