Job Description

Our client one of the fastest-growing DTC health & wellness brands in the U.S., operating at a high eight-figure scale and helping thousands of people feel better every day. Their growth is driven by strong acquisition systems, obsessive testing, speed, and execution excellence.

They are hiring a Performance Creative Designer to take full ownership of both static and video creative production for Paid Social and other performance channels. This is a hands-on, high-output role suited for a creative operator who thrives on rapid iteration, experimentation, and delivering assets that have a direct impact on performance metrics.

The mission is to produce a high volume of scroll-stopping static and video ad variations every week, maintaining constant creative velocity across Meta, TikTok, PMax/Demand Gen, and Shorts.

How you’ll contribute:

This is a production-heavy, execution-first role combining static design and performance video editing. Static Creative Production

● Design static ads for Meta, TikTok, PMax / Demand Gen

● Create high-CTR thumbnails for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

● Build meme-style creatives using UGC frames and stills

● Turn raw UGC frames into scroll-stopping hooks

● Produce GIFs and light motion variants when needed

● Create image stacks and variations for testing

● Maintain brand consistency across all assets

● Deliver continuous high-volume creative variations

Performance Video Editing

● Edit 20–40 short-form ad variants weekly (9:16 mandatory)

● Transform raw UGC into high-retention, conversion-focused ads

● Create multiple variations: hooks, captions, CTAs, overlays

● Add subtitles, punch-ins, zooms, emojis, and sound syncing

● Adapt videos into multiple formats (1:1, 16:9 when needed)

● Build reusable templates to enable fast mass production

● Rapidly iterate based on performance feedback

our success will be measured by output, speed, and creative performance.

Weekly KPIs:

● 20–40 combined static + video assets delivered

● CTR / thumb-stop / retention improvements

● Turnaround speed from brief → test-ready

● Number of variations produced per concept

What you’ll need to succeed in this role

● Strong performance mindset with high production capacity

● Experience creating creatives for Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, PMax)

● Experience editing short-form performance videos for DTC brands

● Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, Premiere or similar

● Solid understanding of direct-response principles

● Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality

● Strong communication and organization skills Nice to Have

● Light motion / After Effects skills

● Experience scaling winning creatives

● Knowledge of DTC performance KPIs

● Experience with creator/UGC-driven ads
