Your day-to-day work will involve:
● Acting as the primary point of contact for our advertisers;
● Building, nurturing, and growing our relationships with business partners;
● Handling daily inquiries from our partners via Slack, or email;
● Managing daily requests from the internal sales team via CRM (Salesforce);
● Monitoring product performance and identifying necessary actions;
● Handling fraud reports provided by our partners;
● Collaborating with the technical team to resolve technical issues;
● Implementing innovative solutions to enhance product performance;
● Negotiating contracts and commercial agreements with our partners;
● Conducting competitive analysis of similar products and networks;
● Participating in the integration of new products and partners;
● Contributing to the prospecting of new sources;
● Identifying and developing business opportunities;
● Participating in product marketing (internal and external).
